This text describes how the users' personal data are handled and held within our web site. This privacy policy is based on the Italian law, in relation to the 13th article of the Legislative Decree 196/03 – Personal Data Protection Code, and it is aimed at users of the Geo&Drill's web services provided by telematic access at the following address http://www.drillgeo.net

The above address is the home page of the Geo&Drill Service srl's official web site.
The privacy policy only concerns the www.drillgeo.net web site, it does not deal with other web sites consulted by users through its links.
This privacy policy is based also on the RECOMMENDATION 2/2001 on certain minimum requirements for collecting personal online data in the European Union (in particular on when, how and which information must be provided to the individual user when they access the web site) adopted on 17 May 2001, by The Working Party, established by Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC.

This website uses information systems and software procedures which normally collect personal data in order to allow internet communication protocols to work. Geo&Drill Service s.r.l. may offer a newsletter service.

The newsletter subscription is not compulsory: it is possible to refuse it, by not filling in the fields.
At any time, the registered members can delete their own mail address from the database, by clicking on the link existing in every sent mail.
